Due to the nature of the products sold by Altera Peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
All products are sold strictly as research chemicals intended solely for laboratory research and analytical purposes. Products are not consumer goods and are not sold for personal, health, medical, or therapeutic use.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Ordering errors
Incompatibility with intended research
Carrier delays
By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact support@alterapeptides.ca within 12 hours of delivery and provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the package and product
Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be reviewed.
Any resolution, if offered, is provided at the sole discretion of Altera Peptides. Refunds are not issued. Approved resolutions may include replacement of the affected item only.
Shipping Issues
Altera Peptides is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
