By placing an order with Altera Peptides, the purchaser expressly acknowledges, agrees, and affirms the following:

1. No Sale of Health Products

2. Research Use Only

3. No Health Canada Approval
   The purchaser acknowledges that none of the products sold by Altera Peptides are approved or authorized by Health Canada for human or veterinary use, nor are they represented as drugs, natural health products, nutritional alternatives, or health-related substances under the Food and Drugs Act (Canada) or associated regulations.
4. Potential Health Risks
   The purchaser acknowledges that research peptides and related materials may contain inherently hazardous substances and may pose serious health risks if misused, improperly handled, or administered to humans or animals.
5. Right to Refuse Sale
   The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Altera Peptides reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse the sale of products to any individual or entity suspected of intending use for human or animal consumption.
6. Qualified Purchaser Representation
   The purchaser affirms and represents that they are a qualified practitioner, academic researcher, laboratory technologist, or industrial professional, and that all products purchased will be used exclusively for legitimate laboratory, research, or industrial purposes. The purchaser further affirms that they will not use, nor permit the use of, these products as health products in humans or animals.
7. No Patent License Granted
   The listing or sale of any material on the Altera Peptides website does not constitute, expressly or implicitly, a license to use such material in violation of any applicable patent or intellectual property rights.
8. Professional Handling Requirement
   All products purchased from Altera Peptides must be handled solely by properly trained and qualified research or laboratory professionals, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
9. Altera Peptides makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability if theses products other than laboratory research.
