Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within Canada only.
We do not ship to the United States or international destinations.

Canada Post

Canada: 2–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer once the shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier (Purolator or Canada Post). Altera Peptides Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the carrier, except as specified in our Refund Policy.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier selected, and order size/weight. Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. Altera Peptides is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact support@alterapeptides.ca within 12 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be reviewed.

Any resolution, if offered, is provided at the sole discretion of Altera Peptides. Refunds are not issued.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Altera Peptides are strictly research chemicals intended solely for laboratory research and analytical purposes. Products are not consumer goods and are not sold for personal, health, medical, or therapeutic use.

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not accepted.
